HOWEVER  AS  A CONSUMER  YOU OUGHT  NOT   HAVE BEEN  SERVED WITH SUBSTANDARD  GOODS -  KEEP THE  PURCHASE BILL  TO PROVE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE GOODS FOR A PRICE

and yes i have bought it from DELHI Wine Shop so every sold item is being barcoded, so no issues of bill.

but my concern is that, can i approch to manufacturing company for some compensation ?

Mr. VISHAL Manufacturing company would not be interested in compensating you ie common sense . They would not like the matter get publicised  as it would affect their good will . Wait for some more time  as you may get expert opinions / advise in this regard  . Any how you may have to use some  Coercion  to get compensation . Straight forward approaches will not fetch what you desire

For This Situation A Liquor Industry is very much sensitive in terms of ADULTRATION as they leads to deaths in many cases. so i want to get leverage in this issue , still in need legal implications for adultration in Liquor.

You are right VISHAL  -  Law is stringent as far as  Liquor  is concerned .  I am not a lawyer  to guide you further .  However   what is  " adulteration"   and how  it  is defined  is to be understood .  You may get better advice  let us hope for it
