Anticipatory bail reapply in magistrate court or appeal in H

I have been falsely accused of committing a cheating crime under sec 420. I'm 70 years old & dependent wife in home, no children. I don't know much of legal system, I applied for anticipatory bail & given legal aid from court as I didn't have one. Sadly anticipatory bail is dismissed with Nature of Disposal:Uncontested--DISMISSED. When I met a lawyer he is saying I have two options now. 1) Apply for bail in magistrate court again. 2) appeal in high court. Lawyer is asking to take decision & visit him. Could you please suggest the better option.

Hii Chandu,

Apart from the two legal remedies advised above by me learned colleagues , you also have an additional remedey  i.e you can still approach the sessions court and file a second anticipatory bail application showing change of circumstances.
