anticipatory bail should be granted in exceptional cases
. Parameters for grant of anticipatory bail in a serious offence are required to be satisfied and
further while granting such relief, the court must record the reasons therefore. Anticipatory bail
can be granted only in exceptional circumstances where the court is prima facie of the view that
the applicant has falsely been enroped in the crime and would not misuse his liberty1

and 25.10.2011 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Patna in Crl. Misc. Nos.. 28318 and
33546 of 2011, by which the High Court has enlarged the respondents Rajesh Kumar Singh @
Pappu Singh and Sanjay Kumar Singh
