Any provision under IPC for "Runaway Husbands"?

There is a peculiar problem that the police in my area are facing. The problem relates to married husbands falling in love with  girls (above 18 yrs) and running away with them, sometimes returning married. The Catch is that the first wives (including her relatives) in these cases wish to compromise & not go against husbands, probably due to family compulsions.  The families of runaway girls are feeling helpless as the girls are not ready to leave their man. These episodes are also affecting the general morality. What are the options, if any, open to such harried families under IPC or any other law?

Its not me who wants to invoke IPC, it is the hapless parents of the girl who has run away with a married man. Offcourse, from their point of view, the girl is ruining her life. I think they have every right to worry or NOT? I suppose we are not living in some european country where values have no place!!!

Who is this Casanova? The only man in the village? Girls falling head over heels for him? How many have eloped, returned, became mothers of his child, how many of them are still living with him? Great news.
