A & B are husband and wife. Wife is housewife. A property was purchase by A. but reg receipt, will, agreement to sell and affidavit is in favour of B. and General power of attorney in favour of A. A was died in jan 1999 that time he is levaing seperate since 1995 by B without any judical seperation. however maintencnace was given as per court directions. A and B has 4 children 1 & 2 daughter and 3 & 4 sons. 1 daughter is married. Now B want to sell the property giving 30% share to 3. 4 was already ask to leave the house last year and now leaving seperately.
