Apartment booking refund - rs1lac paid

Hello , I recently booked an apartment & paid an amount of Rs1lac towards the booking. My home loan application is now rejected since i dont have a guarantor. The builder has stated that cancellation will attract 2% of the sale value of 67L. Please advise the options available to reclaim my booking amount of Rs1Lac. Regards

Dear Sir,

If you allotment has been done but agreement could not be signed between you and dealer then they make some deduction in this regard but agreement has been signed between you and dealer then it is dispute what agreement has say it is to be examined accordingly.
