Apartment deed newbie doubts

I have flat in pune with stand alone apartment ,.,9 flats

we had apartment deed

monthly 600 rs mainatence is taken and tenant directly giving to charman

now plz guide me any documents missing and should I ask for maitenence recipt?

If reciept has been isued to tenant, collect it from tenant.

If tennat has paid ask President to issue reciept.

Hello you may request the tenant to pay the maintainenance charges to you and you may pay the same to the society by way of cheque to the society,also kindly ensure that the maintainenance bill is being issued by the society in your name and not in the name of the tenant.
