Appeal in case of acquittal in ni act

378. Appeal in case of acquittal. ( In NI Act)

In NI Act, in case of Acquittal the appeal even lies to District Court, There was judgment from AP High Court by Hon'ble Justice C.Praveen Kumar, If any one come across those judgment please share.
