Sir,
I am a confirmed employee at FCI.I have applied in a Nationalised bank through Proper Channel, thats by taking NOC at the time of wriiten as well as at interview.Now i got selected in Canara bank and got the letter of appointment on 2 August dated 28th July 2012 with date of joining as 13 th August 2012.Now I am facing following problems:
1. FCI is asking for 3 months notice period or 3 months salary.
2. I have applied in written (e mailed) mto bank for 3 months extension but they have not responded.
3. I have called Canara Bank and told that I will only apply for resignation in FCI if they assured me in written that they have extended ny joining date for three months.But they have said that You can resign but they will not give anything in written.
Now sir what shall I do?As I dont want to loose this opportunity and dont want to pay the notice period money.And what are the benifits which I shall get as I have applied through proper channel.
