Hello I have finalized property for punches. It is kind of purchase is resell.
While going through documents, I found that on Index 2 of the original purchaser total area is printed as 0.00 sq. ft. While above that total sell-able area is 687 sq. ft. (which is correct). Refer link for more details.

Seller has purchased from builder, society is not yet formed.
My questions are
Can it cause any problems after purchase?
Can it cause any problems for home loan?
Is it possible to correct it while purchasing?
Should I ask the seller to correct it first?
