if i ask girl to come to me without her parent consent and she gets ready for that .. what are the preventive actions do i need to take to prevent any legal/illegal dispute from her family end.Means whom do we need to approach first (police with written application or Court for protection)

can any body help.. after arya samaj we went to delhi office for registration.. they said it cant be done here because address proof is of UP. So went to our home town. there they said.. we will not accept Arya Samaj certificate we dont accept it. we want ur parents as witness and we want invitation card. aong with 6000 rs. Dont know how this will be done. koi toh help kar do registration ke liye...

although in Arya samaj marriage, they will get marriage certificate

but whether it will be valid in government service?

Ans :A government servant needs tlo give a plain paper decalration for declaring marraige.  Nomination for PF /pension /GIS/DCGR have their respective format to be filled.

 

whether they will have to get registered thier marriage again in civil court?

Ans :Yes

whether the wife of my freind will be entitled to get all proviliges of dependent of govt employee ( like Medical, LTC etc)

Ans :Yes, even if the marraige is not registered in court.
