We are Hindu. My wife and my child (age 5) are separated from me for 3 years. We are not divorced and my wife is not receiving any maintenance from me. My wife has filed a sue asking ancestral land for maintenane of my child. She has asked to partition the land and to give my child's share. The land is my grandfathers' plus my fathers self earned property. My question is whether she will get any share in the land on behalf of my child.
