Around five years before we purchased plot in greater Hyderabad from one of the real estate company.Recentaly we come to know that the land which we bought is assigned Land.We got this information from registor office.Real estate company is not aware that we know this information.Still they are trying to cheat the people by collecting some amount for LRS ( land regularisation scheme).Is there any way to get that paid amount back from the company ? I can say that we won't get one rupee If we ask them politely.
Pls let me know how legally I can proceed.
