Atm machine

It was a nice day for me to go to anna nagar, near St lukes Church, to State Bank of India . I thought of collecting some money through the ATM machine kept in the above branch. There  are three ATM machines. We have to wait in the queque for our turn. After you get an opportunity u insert and swipe  the card, just to find me and  many screaming that money not coming out of the machine. I called the security guard for the help. But poor man was not able to help me or others. I went inside the bank and met the manager and reported. He said You have to wait and slowly remove the card, for the machine to read your card. The machine has become old.

Many tried this methods, but only few are lucky to receive the money from this old machine. There are three machines, which functions in the same way. My God I have to leave cursing the machine. Now the question is who will replace these three old machines. And to whom we should give a complain.

Please comment ?

To BM. If you wish to escalate, you can do so as per the mechanism which is mandatory for each bank to display on the notice board in branch. You can bring it in the notice of Chairman of the bank whose contact details you shall find on the website.

Bank charges AMC for debit card (some banks still provide ATM card which has no AMC).

The machine is for 24 hours use including office/after office hours has to be in perfect working order and each customer should be able to handle it. If there is a special technique to use the old machine bank should display it properly. All customers can join and submit a written complain to BM under acknowledgment. The customers/citizens should realize if they do not form their community they shall find it that it is difficult to get the things done single handedly. Someone shall have to take the lead to form the community. Anna Hazare is a recent example. PM has endorsed that the movement has served the purpose.

Communities in each mohalla/sector/pahe/village/block/taluka can make the things easy for them.

Kindly try by telling the BM that if he does not move then all customers shall lodge written protest and may move to other branch/bank.

WE have seen PNB replacing the machine promptly. The customers moved the welfare association and mentioned that there are 4 banks in the same market and they shall boycott PNB. Immediate solution was provided.

The idea is to make them move and get the things done.
