attachment of salary under section 101 of MCS ACT 1960

How to stop a co-op bank from deducting the salary of a defaulter under section 101 of MCS ACT 1960 & rule 1961 vested with the power of a recovery certificate. The defaulter is a salaried person working in a public ltd co & wishes to settle the account at the principal amount.

First Pay all the dues with interest under protest so that you can file appeal in the Consumer COurt with your supproting documents. But defaulters have to pay the dues othewise 21 % maximum will be levied on the monthly bill and it will addon every month.
