Sir, I am a Sr Citizen widow in possession after paying full amount, even for stamp charges etc since 2007 Arbitration for Builder to execute sale deed in our favour ( with all proofs)
Due to increase in Govt circle rate for sale deed .Stamp duty and registration cost has increased 8 times.
1) How to argue our case so that arbitrator award to us include builder company should pay for purchasing stamp / pay registration fee at current rate or at the time of sale deed ( We have already paid since 2007 without interest).
2) we have asked to pay us compensation for legal , hospital ,inyerest
3) Even in Builder company balance sheet my money and amount is shown since 2007
4) what precaution if builder does not do it and we have to go for decree
