what is the procedure for getting bail in supreme court of india after submission of proof of surrender when the accused is convicted for 1 year. how much time does it take to be released on bail?i have seen few cases for bail and the order is ISSUE NOTICE but i dont understand the notice is issued to whom? plz help if u know.............
