Police caught some accused and the same was published in regional news paper but FIR was not registered against those accused and not produced before the court.
Later 15days police filed FIR under section 307 IPC and produced before the court and the same was also published in the same regional news paper.
My question is:
Can we draft and hearing in bail application about those news ?
Because in those accused , 2 accused are innocent
According to evidence act
News paper is not admissible but accused have no evidence except that news paper.
Can I draft in my bail application
