I want to know that how much dificult to get Bail in 498a,406, Domestic Voilence. I have listen that now no more dificlt to got bail in like that type of cases becouse SC has order for relaxe , what is it true? In that type of cases what bail will be given on self bond or I will have to produse any one as bailer ? I live in another city and case is file in another city then what bailer should be that city where case is file or bailer can be any of city from india?
