balcony above common passage

sir we purchased a property 30 years back of 42 sq yards in plint level and there was a common passage for 3 houses and I had balcony above common passage and now I'm willing to build my house again with same design as past like balcony above common passage can i build it. please suggest me sir.

You have to obtain permission from the local municipal authorities since it is old building as per your version.
