In a case releated how can we get the bank account statment of 15yrs back and for ur kind info that bank has been closed now and merged to other bank is it possible to get the account statement now..pls guide.

If the bank is refusing to furnish the required information then you can file a petition before court to direct the concerned bank to produce the same. Only until and unless it is very essential to take a decision in the case that too if the interest of justice is involved, the the court may permit and allow the petition to direct the bank to produce the desired information.
