Dear experts there are 5 respondents in dv case if respondent number 1 is giving some money regularly to respondent number 2 via neft or cheque. Is it possible court will ask respondent number 2 to submit his bank details etc so that to giver maintenance to the wife of respondent number 1. Respondent 2 is brother of respondent number 1.

The court will not summon the bank details until unless it us necessary. If you are paying maintenance already there is no problem at all. If you want to use it for your evidence that you are already paying use it. Else no problem.
Please check with your lawyer before you proceed to use the bank statement as evidence.
