I have taken a loan of Rs. 130,000/- the bank has recovered 61 installments from my account instead of 60. Bank refuses to give details in the RTI question and CIC suggest me to go for proper forum for the same.
I need your suggestion on following points.
1) What amount can I claim for harassment and deficiency in service apart from the excess interest. when loan taken is for Rs. 130000/-
2) Which district forum in Delhi should I file such complaint (Bank Branch in R K Puram)
