Dear sir,
I have availed a loan from nationalised bank in 2011. Recently on going through my loan documents via RTI, I came to know that manager has violated circular and charged exorbitant interest. Till today exorbitant interest not reversed after escalating the matter to AGM.
My Query :
1. Am i a consumer ? Can i file a case at district consumer court ?
2. If bank is not a service provider why they are charging service charge for processing fee ?.
