If any Company has found that their banker has defaulted on RBI guidelines on Prudential Norms for NPA and other issues of OTS, NPA, Bill Discounting, etc. please write to me as I want to collect information for filing a PIL in the Supreme Court against the Bank, RBI, DRT Sarfaesai, etc. which led to sickness in industry due to Banks. It is not that every businessman is a crook. There are genuine entrepreneuers also. If you have come across any such case please forward to me and then we plan a joint action.
