should a person take BBMP approval even to build small house of (30×30sqft) for G+1 floor?

File RTI Application to BBMP and seek such information under RTI Act.

Information solicited:

1. Please provide a copy of circular/order/notification/directive that states exemption  for BBMP approval for  building small house of 30 x 30sq ft (G+1)
