We three friend want to purchase a BDA site ( 2000 - 3000 sq ft ) , but since it is so costly in Bangalore , we want to go for bifurcation of the BDA sites , and divide into three.
My questions are:
a) Is it possible to go for bifurcation of BDA sites ?
b) If I go for bifurcation of BDA sites , will it affect any Betterment Charges (means will it become B Katha / B register) ?
c) If bifurcation of BDA sites is possible , then can we register the plot 3 individually ?
