I am a 34 yrs old man who got married on the 15th July 2014 and I am Hindu and the Girl is a Muslim , immedialty after marriage my wife started acting very wired and started coming home very late in the night and she had earlier informed me that she has huge loans and need help in clearing that and she has a company of her own which is completely bogus and fruad , she had informed me about her earlier love life with couple of men and I thought that as she is so honest and is a poor gal let me marry her and give her a life when ever I would start the topic of marriage she would say yes and with in 2 days she would say she wants to go back to her old Boss with whom she was in love with and was having a affiar for over 4 years and again she would say no I want to marry u then one day I told if this is what u want lets close it one you marry me or go and stay with him , then we got married in a temple and then we came back and started living togther right from the 7 day of marriage she started acting wired and saying you had promised me to live me as I wish as I have always been kept under tight loops at my house she said she was married in when she was very young and then she got divorced and that was a arranged marriage and then she had told me that she was in love with couple of men and then she started meeting her old boy friends and started coming home late in the night drunk so I informed her parents about the same and her father scolded her very badly and sent her back to my house to lead a decent life and the next day morning she left house saying she has work and in the evening she messaged her sister saying she would not return as she has made her arrangements and will not come back home and then after 4 days we found her to be in a PG and her father and brother got her back , during this time when I had started to find out who she was with as she had told me about her friends I came to know that she had not meet any one and she was lieing during this process I came to know that she is married the SECOND time to another guy in 2005 and has not divorced him then I came to know that she and her Boy friend ( her Boss ) who is 56 Yrs old are still in a affiar and she has been doing this with many men she will find men on matrimony site and then say she is willing to get married and then go around with them and tell them she has acompany and they are in the verg of closing a very big order and she needs some immediate funds ad take money from the guy and give it to her BF @ BOSS and then immedialty tell the boy that he has bad habits and she wants to break of from him , and this started with one guy in Hyderbad and she took 5 lacs from him and then to repay that 5 lacs she dated a guy from chennai and took 12 Lacs from him and to repay this chennai guy she got hold of me and I told her I am sorry with out marriage I will not be able to help her and then she got married to me and immedialty all this started and one day she asked for money when I said I dont have any money she told help me getting computers from your friends for 12 lacs and I will repay with my big deal and took the computers from my friend and then after 3 days she vanished and then after her father got her back home she told him that I was harrising her not to go out late in the night and I forced her into the marriage and I used bad language on her when she would come home at 1 or 2 in the night and I forced her for physical relation and all this kind of stories and during this time I also found out that the company she is running is into a lot of depts and have not paid salaries to any one during the period of 2011 and 2012 , and using RTi i got her pervious marriage registration certificate and all the other details now I want file bigamy case and cheating case on her but should I wait for 1 year to do so also our marrige is not yet registred so request the experts out here to kindly advice me and help me in this regard also need a good lawyer in bangalore to hand this case and help my friend get back the money as they are harrsing me for the money which she has taken.
I have her marriage cerificate copy and also checked in the court and found out that she has never been divorced from any of her earlier 2 marriges.
