dear brother... i think it was me who was reluctant to file 498a from the begining and where from this thought cropped up in your mind that you have stopped me from filing ??? and that too a false case?? Please refresh urself.I think the real and better challenge will be to stop the coming generation from getting into the legal tangles and educating them about 498a and divorce and especially the meaning of marriage. Feel proud of urself when you can stop a divorce and also start something to fight with false cases. You claiming here that you stopped me from filing a false case is completely unacceptable. Kindly revisit yourself.

Its really interesting to know the fact that you dont want to file fake cases against ur hubby. I really appreciate this.

I would advice you to have a meeting with ur in-laws through some elders and get your things back and file for MCD rather than fighting it out. Well, its up to you if you want to give it a fight but trust me it will waste your energy, time and will always keep you mentally upset.

Rest, try making your & ur parents life peaceful than make it a hell for you and your hubby. If you want to teach him a lesson, leave it to GOD.....God's always there and one day will come he will realise his mistakes, if he has committed them by any means.

Mani Sir, We did what u said.We approached them but they insulted us and dint allow to come to their house also. My hubby has gone astray and behaving like a pschyo.We wanted a peaceful exit but these people are not humans. They never understood whats the meaning of marriage and how much pain and trauma we have gone through. On top of everything they keep telling people i left him. I left things to god only...:)

Charu, pls try thinking from their perspective. They may have not allowed u n ur family to enter their house bcos of some apprehensions that u may implicate them in false 498a/406/323 or smthing like this.

Try sending a mediator and ask them to have a meeting at a common place like a Park, restaurant, Any temple....

And if this turns out to be a failure then pls file a complaint for ur belongings to be given back and mention the things in complaint.

Sir.... if they wanted things to settle peacefully either ways then they might not have called me at PS and send their lawyer to represent themselfs. I belong to a very well reputed family. Though we are from middle class but our family is highly respectable. Now i dont expect that any sense will prevail to them and they will think of amicable settlement. Becoz they know a cunning lawyer, they want to drag me to court and not pay me anything ( not even dowry and my belongings). MCD is suggested so that he can fly off to US without any delay and also by not returning my belongings for the next 6 months.
