Hello,
I am owner of a property which i would now like to give on pugree tenancy. However, since i am not finding any buyer, i would like to divide the property into 2 roomsas i have 2 buyers who are interested.
The BMC assessment i have , lists it as only one property and i pay tax only for one . I dont mind paying more tax if i can convert it 2 rooms. Can someone help me with the procedure to do this in BMC ? Is it easy or needs lot of running aroung with the BMC ?
