INDEMNITY BOND
This bond is voluntarily executed on 01st juney2010 by Mr xxxxxx aged 25years S/o Mr YYY, BABUNIVAS chitur , palakkad who has joined as software engineer at AFEH on 1st june 2008, and herein after called the BONDER in favour of Ahalia foundation Eye hospital Palakad , hereinafter called the EMPLOYER
The employer will be working in AFEH with effect from 01.05.2010 as software engineer on specific understanding with the Bonder that he will serve the organization for a minimum period of three years with effect from 01/.05/2010at AFEH.The employer will give adequate training for the bonder an all matters incidental to his employment , as found fit ,at the expense of the employer In case the bonder has already undergone a course of study with employer the expense included by the employer on the bonder during such period will also be taken into consideration for the operation of this bond
The Bonder further undertakes that in case if he leaves the organization within the period of three years or commits any breech of the above conditions he will compensate the employer for a sum of Rs 75000( rupees seventy five thousand only) He further undertakes to indemnify that he will not give out anyone by word or mouth or otherwise particulars or details of any information whether technical commercial or general about the affairs of organization that might damage goodwill or interest of the organization In case any of the original certificates (academic or otherwise )of the bonder is retained by the employer as surety of this bond the same will be released to the bonder only on fulfillment of the conditions of this bond
He further undertakes to indemnify that , he will not serve any other organization or employer during the particular period of two years. If any breach of the above condition occurs The BONEDR is bound to indemnify the employer with the amount undertaken as per the bond
