Boundary names correction in sale deed

Hi All

i have purchased a property in 2013 , where the boudaries are printed diffently from first link document. Like east boundary mentioned as west. same mistakes are happened in all the link documents including my sale deed.

Now i want to change the boundaries as per physical boundaries. please let me know the procedure.

And i got know errata can be done at registration office with physical boundaties. if it is true pls sharr me the process for the same.

Hi,

You attached a copy of Plan Pass at the time of Sale Deed Registration?

If yes, then you can registration a Rectification Deed for boundaries.

If no, then you can attached with Rectification Deed and clearified about North and South boundaries. Number of Plot etc.. and Area etc... not change mention in Rectificatin Deed.

for rectification deed , will i need to gather all the link document owners signatures again. Or only my previous vendor singnature is enough.
