Box Grill

I stay in a building of 16floors.Society has been formed and we have received OC till 14th floor. Top 2 floors are yet to be receiving OC. And I have installed box grills on my flat but the society has levied a fine of 1 lakh and 50 thousand on me.
I am struggling with society from past 1 year to solve this but the members are not at all helpful and very rude to come to a resolution.
Can someone help me with this?
Should I pay the fine and solve this because I have already lost more than 20k by paying lawyers and sending notices to the society but it's of no use till now.

(1) You should have taken Society's permission before installation of box grills, (2) Society can levy penalty only if a resolution to that effect is passed in the AGM, even so the penalty amount should be reasonable, (3) The Society should give a chance to the members to rectify the errors before levying any penalty. (4) You can approach Sub-Registrar of CHS of your area or the Consumer court.
