If some facts are suppressed and you were forced to enter into such agreement on deliberate misrepresentations, you have a right to seek such remedy.   Contact a local advocate and discuss with the Advocate such possibilities.

Hello,

Breach of terms of the contract is a civil dispute. However, depending upon the facts of the case you can register the cheating case.

It is a civil case of breech of terms of rent agreement, where no criminal complaint can be lodged.

You have not posted the material facts.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     24 June 2021

Breach of terms and conditions of rental agreement is not a criminal offense, hence the police will not entertain any complaint in this regard and may direct you to approach civil court for remedy.

You can very well file an eviction suit for breach of conditions in the rental agreement. after issuing them with  legal notice for eviction.
