I along with 5 other booked a villa in faridabad in 2007 and paid Rs 12 lacs each till 2008. We have registration form, application form , allotment letter and reciepts of payments. Builder buyer was not signed but was made and unsigned copy available with us.
Recently another group of 50 ,who had booked flat in same project ,are persuing case against the builder in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and criminal case in Delhi high court for return of their money.High court has directed builder to return money without interest and decision of NCDRC IS pending.
Builder is not giving us any satisfactory reply and some time says villa will not be made and other time says wait we will deliver villa. Booking price was 35 lacs and market value is 1.25 crore now.
what should we do??? Shall we also go along with those 50 persons and file winding petition in High court and demand our money back with them and wait for NCDRC judgement. In that case we shall loose interest and appreciation.
Is there any way we get more money from builder ??? Market value of similar villa in that area ?? or he should buy villa and give us ?/ or any other suggestions???
