Business property acquired by karta using joint family asset

is there any special provision for partition of business property of undivided hindu family ?
what if business property is acquired by karta individually by using joint family assets ?
kindly suggest and give citation in support , its urgently required

the property acquired  from the income of huf income will remain huf property.
