Buying and selling property

I am about to buy property in Pune by selling another at my hometown. But the problem is hometown property is on my brothers name. So do i need to buy property in Pune on my brothers name also even if i have to take home loan for that. And if i buy it on my brothers name so how long do i have to wait to transfer it to me.

i am sorry that i can not help you in that regard but i know a guy who helped me control pest problems and who happens to be a lawyer also, he gave me his ultrasonic rodent repeller that helped cater away thise problem.
