I had paid byana of rs 20 lac out of the total consideration of rs 35 lac to a person for purchasing a piece of land. As per the agreement, the date of transfer of property was 28-12-2013. But the seller didnot come to the Tehsil. I had marked my presence there. Now I came to know that the seller is in a try to sell that land to some other person. The seller is neither giving my money back nor he is transfering the property to me. Advice how can i get the property transfered in my name. Can i get a stay order for the sale of property from court. What are the remedies available to me
