Can I use RTI: NO
Can I get CDRs: Maybe or maybe not as it is more than ONE Year old.
How to go about it: File an application in court for preserving the CDRs of the particular phone nos.

Dear Gaurav,
You can't get the details prior to one year. simply give your request to operator they will provide to you on their charges otherwise file an application with ombudsman he will then direct them to provide, if the number is registered in your own name.
