There are lot of provisions for Muslim women to claim maintenance under the Mahomedan Law itself and she is eligible to claim u/s 125 Cr.P.C. also. What was the ground for divorce and under what provisions was she granted with divorce or her marriage was dissolved by a decree of divorce?
