Can a person on bail execute a legal agreement

A person who is on bail in one state and has not been present for the hearings later, against whom the court has issued NBW, and who has violated the terms of the bail. Without informing of his cheating background to the other party to agreement execute any legal financial agreement in another state. Will the agreement be valid or void. Can he execute the agreement

Yes agreement is valid. An agreement is a contract which is executed by party with consideration and valid terms and condition.

Yes he can, there is nothing in contract act which bars him to enter into an agreement.
