Can alimony cause in such issue.

If a person has big Property amounting to Rs. 10 crore and he cannot predict how his future wife will be. Then, can he make an affidavit stating from his future wife before marriage that "if she files for Divorce after marriage she will get nothing from the property and bank accounts and whatever the family owns. In short No Alimony.

an affidavit wont help........ make a legal WILL and register it. Give all wealth you have including bank accounts, insurance, bank lockers, properties, cash, jewellery, money to be recd from business debtors etc to anyone you feel like... you may distribute all your money to any one/ many of your choice. also, if you have a minor child, you may gift him/her the property and make any one else the caretaker till he is 18. and clearly mention that she wont get a penny.

Incase you live long (which you should : )), you have all rights to sell them whenever you wish to or handle them how you want to   !!!!!

Dear XYZ,

It is better to transfer all your property in your mother's name. If you will transfer it to any minor then you require court permission. This question is very controversial and there are contradictory opinions of High Court, so its better refrain from doing it. Don't be afraid all marriages don't end up in Divorce. Be positive, You will handle everything smoothly.

I want to clarify that if you sell / transfer minor's property then you require court permission.
