Can an Executor of the WILL can inturn appoint an Executor

A person 'X' has appointed a Person 'Y' as an executor in the WILL , After the death of the Person "X" , A letter arrives from a person "Z" saying tha Person "Y" has appointed him as an executor of the WILL

When asked to provide the letter or evidence towards the same it is not provided

Is there any provision in law for an exectuor to appoint another exectuor if so what are the preconditions under Hindu Law.

yes, Executer of will can appoint any person as executer of will by specifically mention it in the will and that appointed executer gets the will executed/probated in favour of benefieciery after death of will executer.

An executor of a will can appoint anybody he thinks fit as Administrator of the will.

no an executor cannot appoint another executor as his status is simillar to that of the holder of a power of attorney and under the act a power of attorney holder cannot appoint a sub power of attorney as it is no where recognised or stated in the act
