My mother has property in nepal and my mother has citizenship of india as well and property in india also and i married in nepal adn i have both citizenship of nepal and india and i married in nepal and registered marriage in nepal and not in india.........and my wife is nepali citizen only and not has indian citizenship...........suppose she seeks divorce in nepal and put a case there.......if my mother transfer property to my brother name in nepal before my wife files a divorce so what things she can claim as i have no property in nepal.......so is there is any chance i can lose money which i saved in indian bank or does nepal court has any rights over indian banks and india's property ..........can anyone answer me this question in full detail
