i want to know, if we refer to a high court judgement and give itsreference in our case, and that high court judgement is currently being challenged in SC, then is that a valid reference to give in our cases.
I mean, which ever judgement is challenged in the SC, then is its reference valid in the present context.
i am refering to a judgement of time limitation in DV case by Hon Jdg justice roshan dalvi of mumbai high court of Dharmesh prakash ved vs state of maharashtra....this judgement has been challenged in the SC, so can we give reference of judgement in our present dv cases
