Some employees were recruited by LIC on contract basis for a term of 3 years in 2010. Now the contract has been renewed with change in terms and conditions only for few performing employees. For this recruitment all 100 employees have given written exams and interview on the basis of which they were selected.
In appointment letter it was clearly mentioned that this job is on contract basis.But after completion of 3 years in LIC, employees age has increased and they are not eligilble to apply in any other PSU.They performed well so their contract also renewed after 3 yrs.
Can these employees suit LIC for making them permanent in the organisation??
