can court consider divorce deed on 100 rs stamp paper before Notary ?

can court consider the divorce deed on 100 rs stamp paper bofore notary in case of maintenance u.s 125 of cr.p.c ?

Divorce deed is not considered i.e void agreement.

Divorce has to be obtained through the courts either by mutual consent or in a contested way
