Dear Sudip, if your classification is sure, you may get nimagro subject to the satisfaction of the conditions of the Trademarks Act, 1999 and the applicable rules there to. But the best trademarks are Inventive words only. They must be distinctive in nature.

Mother's hygiene is not a good mark.It is possible to register nimagro provided identical or a deceptively similar mark is not registered/applied for earlier.
