i had a car driver in chennai that ran away with my 10k advance.
now he is not responding..but have is original Driver licene that is about to expire in few months..i understand he can renew/get a new one without this.
on my side..i dont want to be in trouble holding his DL when he reports it as missing. also, i wanted to proceed to next step against him for running away with my money.
can i submit this DL and all documents of his to the near police station..will police take a complaint for this..what kind of a case this will be
