Can I or any other person file case under DP Act on both the parties? if yes, what is the cause and jurisdiction I need to follow? |
Stop thinking useless ideas and focus on your case. If you know the person who is going to marry your sister in law, you can take benefit by socially presurising on your in laws i.e for mutual settlement of cases but not in this way

they can easily prove that the articles which is being given are not dowry but rather are gifts which is permissible.
